About St Louis Care
Founded by nurse Dorothy Mary Naish, St Louis Care is managed by her grandson, Maris Naish. Since 1946, we’ve been redefining excellence in individualised support.
St Louis Nursing Home, a boutique Residential Care in Parkside was granted Extra Service status in 2004 and expanded to 55 beds in 2025.
A pioneer in Home Care Packages since 1998, with dementia-specific care in 2003 and LGBTIQQ packages in 2007.
Since 2017, we’ve specialised in Younger Onset Dementia as a registered NDIS provider.
In 2025, we’ll offer fly-in/out Allied Health services nationwide.

Paul Maris Naish - Chief Executive Officer
Since 1997, Maris has overseen the day-to-day operations of St Louis Care. He has a Degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Applied Science (Aviation), and over 27 years of aged care management experience.

Warwick Koster - Accountant
Warwick joined the St Louis Care Board in 2023. He has consulted with St Louis Care for many years and brings extensive financial and HR experience to the board.

Katherine McBride – Clinical and Service Provision Representative
Katherine joined St Louis Board in 2024. Holding a degree in Nursing Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in Community Nursing. She brings 30 years of clinical experience in aged, palliative and community-based care.
